orchard pollination. With extensive experience in cherry and apple pollination
in the Okanagan, we are equipped to support your orchard’s needs. We're also

From our early days as backyard beekeepers to becoming experienced professionals, our journey has always centered around understanding honey bee growth and development. Over the past five years, through commercial mentorship, we have honed our skills in queen rearing and nuc production. Our goal is to maintain a sustainable apiary while supporting other beekeepers with the strong, healthy bees they need to thrive.

Crop farming is inherently risky—many factors work against you, making it both challenging and rewarding. After five years of focusing on stock production, we’ve shifted our attention to meeting the growing demand for local raw honey. However, not all seasons are equal. Cold, wet springs followed by persistent high temperatures can impact our honey yields, making it difficult to keep up with demand. To ensure sustainability during these lower-yield years, we’ve partnered with trusted bulk producers who share our commitment to quality. We also continue to support and prioritize our local community.

We represent the third generation of ownership at Beeswax Works.

Originating from modest beginnings in small-scale commercial beekeeping in Revelstoke, BC, we were delighted to have the opportunity to acquire the business in July 2023.

We are dedicated to perfecting our candle-making craft and are writing new chapters in the Beeswax Works story, chapters that are rich with connection, adventure, and expansion.
